IMPORTANT: Our 3D Printed Items sold are not painted and are printed with a solid colour i.e. Red, Black, Grey, White, etc.

Customers can paint/customize their items as they'd like.

This does not apply to items not 3D printed.

Most of our 3D printed items are made of biodegradable PLA - a type of bioplastic polyester derived from renewable, plant-based resources, and is commonly made from fermented plant starch, often corn, cassava, or sugarcane, not fossil fuels. A sustainable alternative to traditional plastics.

Our 3D-printed products are carefully crafted for indoor use. To maintain their quality, follow these care instructions:

• Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to preserve appearance.
• Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
• Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that may damage the finish.

Due to the nature of Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D printing, slight variations such as subtle ridges, texture differences, or minor surface imperfections may occur. These are not defects but unique characteristics of the printing process.

We stand by our product quality, but our warranty does not cover damage from improper care, accidents, or natural wear over time. If you have concerns, our customer service team is happy to assist you.
