How are your products made?

All our products are made to order, ensuring that each item is freshly crafted. We utilize advanced 3D printing technology to create high-quality collectables that inspire creativity and imagination.

What is your shipping policy?

Once an order is placed, customers receive a confirmation email, followed by an update on the processing and production timeline within 24 hours. We aim to manufacture and dispatch items within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery timeframes vary, with non-rural areas typically receiving orders within 3-5 business days after dispatch, while rural areas may take 5-7 business days.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. It is essential to provide clear photographs of the damage to facilitate an efficient resolution. Our team will assess the situation and, if confirmed, initiate the refund process for eligible items.

Do you offer refunds for items?

Refunds are available only for items that are damaged or broken upon delivery. We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, colour discrepancies, or minor imperfections that may occur during the 3D printing process. If a return is necessary for a damaged item, Limited Edition Tavern will cover the return shipping costs.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, we provide tracking information to ensure you can monitor the delivery status of your item. This allows you to stay informed about your order's journey to your specified address.

What if I miss my delivery?

If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will leave a 'Card to Call' with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery. It is advisable to inspect your package upon arrival, and if you are unable to do so, you may refuse the delivery to assist with any potential damage claims.
